Assisted Livery
This livery package is designed to meet the needs of modern livery owners. We understand that you enjoy being hands-on with your horse as much as possible, and this package supports that. At the same time, we know you need assurance that your horse is cared for when you're busy or away. Our services cater to these needs by rewarding those who can book a week in advance while remaining flexible for last-minute requests.
The package includes:
- Stable with straw bedding
- Rotational grazing
- Use of facilities, including an arena and farm ride
- Personal storage for hay/haylage and feed
- Option to book additional services to assist with horse care
- Personal account on our yard app to book services and monitor costs
- Yard management of fencing, grazing, and facilities maintenance
You are responsible for caring for your horse, poo picking your paddock, and keeping the facilities tidy.
Cost: £239.00 per month, payable monthly in advance.
Full Livery
Livery Package Includes:
- Stable
- Year-round individual turnout paddock
- Tack and equipment storage areas
- Two feeds per day from a selection of premium feeds
- Full straw bedding (shavings available at an additional cost)
- Full daily muck out and skip out
- Late night check (including rug change, skip out, feed, and hay)
- Supply of hay or haylage (additional cost) provided regularly throughout the day
- Turnout and bring-in service
- Rug changing
- Holding for Farrier, Physio, Dentist, Vet, etc.
Owners are responsible for:
- Insurance
- Vet fees
- Farrier fees
- Dentist fees
- Physio fees
- Saddlery repairs and replacements
- Rug cleaning and replacements
- Supplements
- Specific hard feeds
- Veterinary products specific to their horses
- Clipping
Cost: £735 per month, payable monthly in advance.

At Harkstead Equestrian Centre, we offer the opportunity of being able to rent our off road tracks for hours of safe hacking. Over 8 miles in beautiful Suffolk countryside. £15 per horse/pony per day. Stay as long as you like....

Our car park provides ample space for cars and horse boxes. We have eight hookup points which makes camping with us really easy.

At Harkstead Equestrian Centre, we are passionate about horses and their welfare. We believe in treating every horse with the respect and care they deserve. Having a dedicated team who team who put your horses needs first.

We have 24 loose boxes in the old farm cart lodges. Our stables are mostly built from high quality Monarch and Lodden components. The stables are gathered around a spacious concrete yard.
We ensure that your horse has a weatherproof environment with clear views of activity on the yard.

A pay as you go solarium for your horse as well as the yard having a large recreation room which includes a kitchen, seating and a classroom area. As well as toilet and shower facilities.
The kitchen offers a kettle, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Seating is provided so liveries can relax with a cup of coffee. In winter the log burner provides welcome warmth
